Kofte(Beef Meatballs) is a special recipe of our chef. Ground beef with special Turkish spices, frozen 1 pound packs, oven cooked, Serves 2-3 people. We recommend serving meatballs with a side of either rice or fries and green salad or serve it on your spaghetti.
Thaw Turkish Beef Meatballs overnight in your refrigerator or until thawed.
Simply preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet about a half-inch apart in a single layer to promote even cooking.
Bake meatballs for 10 to 12 minutes, or until heated through.
Remember: Turkish Beef Meatballs are precooked, so DO NOT overcook when heating.
