Vegetarian Nohut

 

Chickpeas are soaked overnight, then cooked low and slow to create a hearty stew with tomatoes, red bell pepper, onion and traditional Turkish seasoning.

 

We recommend this dish with a side of Rice Pilav, which contains Turkish noodles and butter.

 

Warming Instructions:

 

Heat Nohut on the stove over medium-high heat, stirring often.
