1 pound, frozen homemade Turkish Manti,
8 oz garlic / yoghurt sauce,
Our special Manti sauce,

Serves for 2-3 people.

Please directly put your manti to freezer and keep it there until you decide to cook. 

Dough is made from scratch with salt egg and flour. We wide open the dough with rolling pin, cut it into small square pieces, fill every square with ground beef and onion filling, and finally we pinch the corners of every square to get the perfect shape of our Manti.


Cooking instructions for Manti( Turkish Ravioli)

Fill a pot with 5 cups of water, add 1 table spoon of olive oil, one tea spoon of salt and bring it to a boil. Next drop the Turkish Manti directly from the freezer into the boiling water. And stir them periodically so they don't stick together. Then cook Turkish Manti on medium heat temperature 7-8 minutes
or until Turkish Manti floats to the surface.
 
Serving Recommendation: Drain Turkish Manti when it is cooked. Arrange Turkish Manti on a serving dish,  and spoon our garlic yoghurt sauce over them. And drizzle our special Turkish Manti sauce on top. Enjoy!!
